Absolutely. ThiessFabs is built for one-offs, prototypes, and short production runs. Use the quantity selector for anywhere from one to 999 matching pieces.
Do I need finished artwork?+
No. Send a logo, DXF, sketch, PDF, photo, or clear reference image. We review what you provide and turn it into a cut-ready mockup before manufacturing.
Which file types can I upload?+
The project builder accepts DXF, SVG, PDF, PNG, JPG, and JPEG files up to 20 MB. If you have something different, explain it in the project notes and we’ll follow up.
Is the website estimate my final price?+
It is a starting estimate based on the product, size, gauge, finish, layers, lighting, and quantity you select. We review the artwork and fabrication details, then confirm the exact project and shipping total before you approve or pay.
When do I pay?+
There is no deposit when you submit a request. After you approve the mockup, we send a unique Stripe checkout link for the full confirmed balance. Fabrication begins after approval and payment.
Can I request changes to the mockup?+
Yes. The approval page lets you request changes instead of approving. If a change affects the material, dimensions, design, finish, or scope, we’ll update the mockup and confirmed price before production.
What materials and thicknesses are available?+
Metal signs and custom parts can be configured in 10, 12, 14, 16, 18, or 20-gauge steel. Stencils use durable 16-gauge galvanized steel, and garden pieces use 12-gauge cold-rolled steel. Ask about stainless steel or aluminum in your project notes.
How long will my project take?+
The builder shows a product-specific estimate as you configure the project. Most work falls between one and eight business days, depending on the product and finish. The confirmed timeline begins after mockup approval and full payment.
Do you ship, and can I pick up locally?+
Yes. Pickup in Brighton is free. For shipping, enter your ZIP code to see a size- and weight-based range. Large or heavy work receives a custom shipping quote, and the exact charge is confirmed before payment.
How do stencil quantity discounts work?+
Stencil discounts apply automatically: 10% off for 5–9 pieces, 15% off for 10–24, and 20% off for 25 or more matching stencils. Your discounted project total updates instantly in the builder.
