Working together
Terms of service
These terms explain how custom quotes, mockup approvals, payments, and fabrication orders work with ThiessFabs LLC.
Effective August 13, 2026 · Last updated August 13, 20261. Agreement
By using thiessfabs.com, submitting a quote request, approving a mockup, or paying a ThiessFabs invoice or checkout link, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Cancellation and Refund Policy, and Shipping and Pickup Policy. If you submit a project for a business or another person, you confirm that you have authority to do so.
2. Estimates and final quotes
Prices displayed in the project builder are starting estimates based on the specifications entered. They are not binding offers. Artwork complexity, material availability, engineering needs, finishing, packaging, shipping, taxes, and changes in scope may affect the final price.
ThiessFabs will review the request and provide a mockup and confirmed price before payment. Stencil quantity discounts displayed by the estimator are included in the starting estimate but remain subject to verification of final quantity and specifications.
3. Customer artwork and rights
You retain ownership of artwork you provide. You grant ThiessFabs permission to use, reproduce, modify, and convert that artwork only as reasonably necessary to quote, mock up, manufacture, document, and deliver your project.
You represent that you own or have permission to use all names, logos, designs, images, trademarks, and other material you submit. You are responsible for claims arising from material you were not authorized to use. ThiessFabs may decline content that appears unlawful, unsafe, infringing, hateful, or outside our capabilities.
4. Mockup approval
You are responsible for reviewing spelling, dimensions, quantity, layout, materials, colors, mounting details, and other specifications shown in the mockup and final quote. Approval authorizes ThiessFabs to manufacture the project as approved. Changes requested after approval may require a revised price, additional payment, and a new timeline.
Screen colors and digital renderings are approximations. Actual metal, grain, coatings, welds, cut edges, and colors may vary reasonably because of material and production processes.
5. Payment
No deposit is required when submitting the website request. Unless ThiessFabs agrees otherwise in writing, full payment is due after mockup approval and before manufacturing begins. Online card payments are processed securely by Stripe. Taxes and shipping charges, when applicable, are shown in the confirmed total.
6. Production and delivery timing
Displayed and quoted turnaround times are good-faith estimates, not guaranteed completion dates. Production generally begins after both mockup approval and cleared payment. Material availability, equipment issues, weather, carrier delays, customer changes, and other circumstances may affect timing. If a firm deadline matters, it must be confirmed by ThiessFabs in writing before payment.
7. Custom-product limitations
Custom-fabricated goods are made to the customer’s approved specifications and generally cannot be restocked or resold. Cancellations, defects, shipping damage, remakes, and refunds are governed by our Cancellation and Refund Policy. Shipping and pickup terms are governed by our Shipping and Pickup Policy.
8. Safe and lawful use
Customers are responsible for determining whether a product is suitable for its intended installation or use. Unless expressly agreed in writing, ThiessFabs products are not certified structural, lifting, life-safety, vehicle-safety, food-contact, medical, electrical-code, or load-rated components. Installation, mounting, coatings, and use must comply with applicable laws and safe practices.
9. Website availability
We aim to keep the site accurate and available, but may correct errors, change features, reject requests, or suspend access for maintenance, security, misuse, or legal reasons. You may not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, submit malware, scrape protected customer information, or use the site fraudulently.
10. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ThiessFabs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. For a claim related to an order, ThiessFabs’ total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the affected product. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited.
11. Governing law and changes
These Terms are governed by Colorado law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction serving Adams County, Colorado, unless applicable law requires otherwise. We may update these Terms prospectively by posting a revised version and updated date.
