Privacy policy
This policy explains what information ThiessFabs collects through thiessfabs.com, why we use it, and the choices available to you.
Effective August 13, 2026 · Last updated August 13, 20261. Who we are
ThiessFabs LLC is a family-run custom metal fabrication business based in Brighton, Colorado. This policy applies to information collected through thiessfabs.com, including our project builder, quote, mockup approval, and payment workflows.
2. Information we collect
We collect information you choose to provide, including your name, email address, phone number, project dimensions and specifications, quantity, delivery ZIP code, project notes, and artwork or reference files. We also store quote status, mockup decisions, fulfillment details, and payment status.
Payments are processed by Stripe. ThiessFabs does not receive or store your complete card number, security code, or bank login credentials. Stripe may collect payment and billing information under its own privacy policy.
Our hosting and security providers may automatically process limited technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, request timestamps, and security logs needed to operate and protect the site.
3. How we use information
- Prepare estimates, mockups, final quotes, and custom-fabricated products.
- Contact you about your request, approval, payment, pickup, or shipment.
- Process and document payments and resolve customer-service issues.
- Protect the site, prevent fraud and spam, and comply with legal obligations.
- Improve our products, pricing, website, and customer experience.
We do not send marketing email or text messages without the consent required by applicable law.
4. Cookies, analytics, and advertising
The site may use essential cookies or similar technologies for security, authentication, payment handoff, and basic operation. If ThiessFabs enables Google Analytics, Google Ads conversion measurement, or other advertising technologies, those services may use cookies or similar identifiers to measure visits and actions on the site.
Where required, we will provide notice and consent or opt-out controls before using nonessential advertising technologies. You can also manage Google ad personalization through Google’s My Ad Center and control cookies through your browser settings.
5. When we share information
We share information only as reasonably necessary with service providers that help us operate the business, such as website hosting and storage providers, email delivery services, Stripe, shipping carriers, and professional advisers. We may also disclose information when required by law, to enforce our agreements, or to protect customers, ThiessFabs, or others.
We do not sell personal information for money. If future advertising practices are treated as a “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising under applicable law, we will provide the notice and choices required before using them.
6. Artwork and uploaded files
Uploaded artwork and reference files are used to evaluate, quote, design, and manufacture your project. We do not claim ownership of customer-provided artwork. Access is limited to ThiessFabs and service providers who need it to operate the quote workflow. Do not upload confidential material unless it is necessary for your project.
7. Retention and security
We retain quote records, communications, artwork, and transaction records only as long as reasonably necessary for customer service, production history, warranty or dispute handling, accounting, security, and legal obligations. Retention periods vary by record type.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Contact us promptly if you believe information submitted to the site has been compromised.
8. Your choices and rights
You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information we maintain about you, subject to identity verification and legal exceptions. Colorado residents may also have rights to obtain a copy of certain data or opt out of qualifying targeted advertising, sale, or profiling activities. Email requests to ben@thiessfabs.com.
