What metal do you use for custom stencils?+
Our standard stencils are cut from 16-gauge galvanized steel. It is rigid, durable, rust-resistant, and suited to repeated marking work on job sites, pavement, equipment, crates, walls, and shop floors.
Can you turn my logo into a stencil?+
Yes. Upload a logo, DXF, SVG, PDF, PNG, JPG, sketch, or clear photo. We adapt enclosed shapes with bridges where needed and send a cut-ready mockup for your approval before manufacturing.
How large can a metal stencil be?+
ThiessFabs can cut projects from 1 by 1 inch up to the 10 by 5 foot laser bed. Very large or unusually narrow designs are reviewed for handling, rigidity, shipping, and bridge placement before the final price is confirmed.
How quickly can you make a steel stencil?+
Standard custom stencils are typically ready in 1–2 business days after mockup approval and full payment. Quantity, artwork complexity, material availability, and shipping can affect the confirmed timeline.
Do you make pavement and parking-lot stencils?+
Yes. We make custom marking stencils for pavement, parking areas, construction sites, warehouses, equipment, property management, landscaping, striping crews, and business branding.
Can I order more than one stencil?+
Yes. Matching stencils receive automatic quantity discounts: 10% off for 5–9, 15% off for 10–24, and 20% off for 25 or more. One-off custom stencils are welcome too.
Do you ship custom metal stencils?+
Yes. We ship across the United States and offer free pickup in Brighton, Colorado. Enter your delivery ZIP code in the project builder for an estimated shipping range; oversized work receives a custom shipping quote.
