RGB LED backlighting is available as an upgrade on two-layer metal signs. The final spacing, lighting, and mounting details are confirmed with your mockup.
How large can a custom sign be?+
The fiber-laser bed is 10 by 5 feet. Large designs, narrow details, multi-piece layouts, mounting needs, and shipping requirements are reviewed before the final price is confirmed.
How long does a custom metal sign take?+
Two-layer and backlit signs typically take 4–8 business days after mockup approval and full payment. Design complexity, finish, material availability, and quantity can affect the confirmed timeline.
Will I see the sign design before you make it?+
Always. ThiessFabs sends a private approval link with the cut-ready mockup, dimensions, colors, quantity, fulfillment method, and confirmed total. Nothing enters production until you approve it and complete payment.
